How to become Healthy Homes compliant?
Our Betta Property Compliance team will help you to minimise your risk by completing your Healthy Homes assessment. Tauranga landlords and property managers need to ensure their property meets the Healthy Homes standards throughout a rental period as outlined by tenancy.govt.nz
Following our inspection, expect your Healthy Homes report within 24 hours of completion of inspection. Results are available through Tenancy Portal Services (TPS) for Property and Facility Managers.

The Healthy Homes standards aim to improve the quality for rental properties so that nearly 1.2 million New Zealanders that rent in New Zealand have warmer, drier homes.
